At iSecured, our wireless intruder alarm systems are crafted to meet the high protection standards our residential customers expect. Our alarms detect unwanted intruders and can instantly alert you via your smartphone, no matter where you are in the world. We offer competitive pricing with a modular system, allowing us to provide you with a quote over the phone.

Your personal account manager will ask you a few questions about your property and then you will be emailed an introductory leaflet about iSecured and a confirmed installation price for your new wireless system.

Our award winning iSecured wireless alarms are designed for easy operation. They conform fully to UK and European specifications and have a well proven capability in detecting intruders.

Depending on which system and accessories you choose, you can set your alarm system via the keypad on the control panel, via a remote keypad by the front door, with a fob on your keyring, with a push button fob incorporating a remote panic button or by using the app on your Smart Phone. Whatever system you choose you will have the keypad on the control panel and the Smart Phone app as standard.

Installation

When you have decided on your iSecured system, your account manager will organise a convenient installation date. Most installations should take no more than a morning or an afternoon.

Guarantee

All of our iSecured systems are guaranteed for 12 months. This includes all parts and labour. If after 12 months you choose to take out one of our comprehensive maintenance contracts, then you will be covered for a further 4 years parts and labour, including replacement batteries.

Technical Support

Technical Support is available 24/7 all the while you are under guarantee or have a maintenance contract with us.

Servicing

We provide a call out service for our contract customers on a 24/7 basis. If you choose not to take out one of our competively priced maintenance agreements then you can book an engineer on a time and materials basis.
